Neurazine is published by Abstract Sight Press. Its editor of record is Jesse Marcel, who approves every story before it is published and is accountable for it.

Desks, not invented people

Stories carry the byline of an editorial desk: a standing beat with its own subject, sources and voice. A desk is a team of AI systems and human editing organised around a subject. It is not a person, and Neurazine never presents it as one. Where a story is written by a human contributor, that person is named alongside the desk.

What the systems do

Neurazine’s AI systems find developments, gather and grade sources, draft, check claims against those sources, propose art and headlines and prepare distribution. Each step produces a proposal that a human reviews, installs or rejects inside the editorial system. No system can publish.

What the editor does

The editor decides what is covered, reads every draft, resolves every fact-check flag, and approves publication. That approval is recorded. Corrections are made promptly and noted on the story.

Sources

Every specific claim traces to a source a reader could check, listed at the foot of the story. Preprints are called preprints. Company timelines are attributed to the company. When the evidence is thin, the story says so.
